1st post as a new member.

I’m hoping that by starting this blog and becoming apart of this website, that I will keep myself in check and stay on track to lose an additional and final 5-10 pounds! My weight last week put me at 144 :x I would like to be 135 and to tone up a bit before summer. My weight constantly fluctuates and I should probably weigh in again soon seeing as hows its been about 2 weeks. I try to go to the gym 3 times a week minimum,but I do find myself in lazy ruts. I’m a calorie counter, but then again, I slip up on that as well. I am almost 5′7, and as of 2 weeks ago was 144. This past summer I had gotten down to 134, and I would like to get back to that and maintain it. I’m still figuring out how to use this, but I hope by posting what I eat everyday and how often Im actually getting my but to the gym, will be a wake up call and help me stay motivated to see results. :)
